ORGANIC
Poured and cut
The oils are stirred by hand, poured into a mold, and cut into bars by hand. At this point the bar is soft, wet, and unfinished. Nothing about it is ready to leave the workshop.
Saponification completes
During the first two weeks, saponification completes. Oil and lye finish becoming soap on their own. We add nothing and we take nothing away. The bar simply becomes what it is going to be.
The standard cure
Every bar we make undergoes a natural air cure of six to ten weeks. Water leaves the bar slowly, in open air, at its own pace. This is the part that cannot be hurried and the part almost nobody ever sees.

Oils imported from Italy, Greece and Spain. Clays and flowers from Morocco and France. Every bar is hand stirred, hand cut and hand wrapped in North Carolina, and they even make their own wrapper.
