Grandma's Artisan Lye Soap

Back in 1917, my grandmother made her old-fashioned soap using lye, potash, wood ashes, and water. This traditional method was labor-intensive and difficult to control the quality of the final product. However, modern times have brought about man-made substitutes, such as sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide, which have made soap crafting easier and more reliable.

Grandma's Pure Lye Soap Bar is an unscented face and body wash that cleans without the use of detergents, dyes, or fragrances. It is free of chemicals that can cause allergies and serious skin problems, making it a great choice for those with sensitive skin. But don't worry, it works great for all skin types and will leave your skin with a healthy, soft glow.

Saponification is the chemical reaction that occurs when fats or oils come into contact with lye. This reaction produces soap and glycerol, giving Grandma's Lye Soap its cleansing properties. The soap is made with just three simple ingredients: food-grade lard, water, and sodium hydroxide (lye).

Love , just like the oldest time the real deal , But it is not found in store-bought bars. If you enjoy the idea of old fashioned homemade ingredients, you will love it.

From Grandma's home make , there is nothing better than lye soap ,so authentic that you can never find locally.
